Now that they are older, I think that's even more of a fear.
As for the diaper thing....I worked daycare for a long time, and one wrong "poopy" can wreak terror on a little bottom in an instant. It happens, she'll live. Just be patient with the unhappiness it produces;)
Take care, and Happy (Parenting) and Quilting!!
KathleenAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18285313.post-53386892819765333262010-02-15T23:03:59.608-07:002010-02-15T23:03:59.608-07:00Amazingly, children seem to survive these ordeals ...Amazingly, children seem to survive these ordeals - I'm just not sure that we the parents do! *chuckle*
Ann :-)a good yarnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16149377639622327630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18285313.post-75206540279069258082010-02-14T22:10:48.854-07:002010-02-14T22:10:48.854-07:00Nothing is as scary as not knowing where a little ...Nothing is as scary as not knowing where a little one has gone. My sister did that once and we still do not know where she was ( she says she was in the hamper). My girls found it funny to hide from me in stores. Lucky I survived their growing up years.
Have a good week, give those little cuties a hug.
BethBethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10091568315821485891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18285313.post-20893360862385523912010-02-14T21:39:26.984-07:002010-02-14T21:39:26.984-07:00Oh my, I can relate to that diaper rash story :). ...Oh my, I can relate to that diaper rash story :). My son was prone to those nothing there one minute, red blistered bottom the next rashes, and the first time it happened I felt just awful that I hadn't figured out right away why he was screaming away. Ah well, he survived (and he'd be mortified if he knew I'd just shared that!) We didn't deal with any disappearing acts, just spectacular falls, but again, both children and both parents have survived so far :)
Enjoy working on those quilts. I'd love to see pictures when they're done. -Joannecanuckquilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02804830507722535614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18285313.post-61617283447012547022010-02-14T21:32:23.101-07:002010-02-14T21:32:23.101-07:00Sounds like you had quite a day! ---"Love&qu...Sounds like you had quite a day! ---"Love"---"Love"https://www.blogger.com/profile/14253789635330034057noreply@blogger.com
